Richard Barnwell

As Of Counsel to The Cochran Firm Los Angeles, attorney Richard Barnwell concentrates his practice in the area of criminal law defense.  Mr. Barnwell has handled all types of criminal law cases, including assault, murder, burglary, criminal threats, drugs, DUIs, gang crimes, pandering, prostitution, rape, robbery, theft, and federal cases involving first through third strikes.  Mr. Barnwell has successfully obtained dismissals of attempted murder, gang allegations, and prostitution charges.

In addition to his criminal law successes, Mr. Barnwell has also successfully handled several civil cases, including suits against Public Storage, ORIX, and E-Cap Ventures I and II, a multi-million dollar litigation.
